Playlist Analytics

You will need to have the 'manage learn' permission to be able to view playlist analytics. By default only the 'Account Owner' role has this permission.

Where can I view them?

  1. Go to the Oplift Dashboard and select the 'You' tab.
  2. Select the playlist of interest and select 'view report'.
  3. For the selected playlist, this table shows a list of users by display name who are currently completing or have completed the playlist, along with their location, the date they started the playlist, the duration the playlist has been open, and the percentage that they have completed.
  4. You can refine the results in the table by using the search box at the top of each column.
  5. If needed you can download the report as a CSV file.

Lesson Analytics

You will need to have the 'manage learn' permission to be able to view lesson analytics.

Where can I view them?

  1. Go to the Oplift Dashboard and select the 'Analytics' tab.
  2. The table shows a list of lessons, for example 'How to reload a receipt printer', the author of the lesson, the category the lesson is assigned to, the date it was last updated by the author, the number of users who have completed the lesson, and the average performance for each question within a lesson.
  3. Performance for a question is the average number of attempts users took to answer the question correctly. So if the percentage was 100%, then this indicates that all users only took one attempt to answer the question.
  4. You can refine the results in the table by using the search box at the top of each column.
  5. If needed you can download the report as a CSV file.

Question Analytics

Where can I view them?

  1. Follow steps one and two under lesson analytics.
  2. Once you can see the lesson analytics table, you can select a lesson from the table and view analytics for each question.
  3. For each question you will be able to see performance, average attempts, total attempts, and unique attempts.
  4. Performance is the percentage average number of attempts users took to answer the question correctly. So if the percentage was 100%, then this indicates that all users only took one attempt to answer the question.
  5. Average attempts is the average number of attempts it took all users to answer the question correctly.
  6. Total attempts is the total number of attempts is took all users to answer the question correctly.
  7. Unique attempts is the number of users who have attempted to answer the question.
