Whilst Oplift's training is built to help boost knowledge, not test, there are times when it is useful to see how specific staff has answered questions in your playlists, and how many attempts it took them. You can then encourage them to complete the playlist again, or deliver some personalised coaching.
To access the attempts and answers reporting:
Open the Playlist for which you would like to view the report.
2. Press View Report in the top right corner.
3. Press on a employee's name to open up details of their answers and number of attempts.
Attempts are the number of times it took for them to get the answers right, with a lower number of attempts showing they had a better understanding when they started the playlist.
