What is the stats dashboard?

The stats dashboard is a tool which enables staff such as regional managers, field trainers and team leaders to see their team’s performance. 

We’ve split this into three core areas proven to impact performance; Knowledge, Compliance and Culture. Everything is scored so you can see where you sit compared to your region and what can be done to boost your score.

How to I view the Stats dashboard? 

The dashboard is currently only available on iPad. You will need to have the permission set on your account to be able to view the stats dashboard. ‘Account Owners’ is the only role that has the permission by default. 

If you have permission to go to the ‘Stats’ tab in the bottom navigation bar. You will be able to see a list of employees at your location and the Knowledge, Compliance and Culture score for your location

How do I change location?

If you have ‘Roam’ permission you will be able to change location. 

  1. Tap on the location in the top right hand corner
  2. Select a location from the drop down list or search for a location 
  3. You should be able to see the members and stats for the selected location

How can I see who is in my team? 

On the left hand side of the screen you will see a list of team members for the selected location. You might need to scroll to see the full list. 

Knowledge Employee Stats

The knowledge stats give you an insight into how active your team (location) are at learning via completing playlists and or if they have played our gamified learning app Albert

Your region score is displayed next to each score so you can compare where your team sits in comparison.  

  1. Knowledge score - is calculated on the engagement of articles, the learn playlists completed and activity on Albert at the selected location. 
  2. Articles read - shows the average number of articles read (month to date) by your team. If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the average number of articles read for each team member from lowest to highest. 
  3. Playlists completed - shows the average number of playlists completed (in the last month) by your team. If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the average number of playlists completed for each team member from lowest to highest. 
  4. Lessons completed (answering questions in a playlist) - shows the average number of lessons completed (month to date) by your team. If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the average number of lessons completed for each team member from lowest to highest. 
  5. Active playlists - shows the average number of playlists that are currently in progress for your team. If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the  number of active playlists for each team member from lowest to highest. 
  6. % Albert Questions Complete (only available to Albert users)- shows the percentage Albert usage for the current month. If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the % usage score for each team member from lowest to highest. 

Compliance Employee Stats

The compliance employee stats gives insight into whether compliance tasks are overdue and results from audits and daily checklists for your location (team).

  1. Compliance score - this is the overall compliance score for your location. It is calculated as an average of the individual stats in this category (overdue tasks and location reports). 
  2. Overdue tasks - shows the average number of overdue tasks for your team (snapshot of current time). If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the number of overdue tasks for each team member from highest to lowest.
  3. Location reports - shows the average score for all most recent reports done on the selected location. This is only available if you use Oplift Review. If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the number of all recent locations reports for the selected 

Culture Employee Stats

The culture stats show how active your team are at keeping up to date with the latest news, the recognition from their colleagues, their achievements or trophies and how they’re performing in their staff reviews.

  1. Culture score - this is the overall score for the selected location. It is calculated as an average of the individual stats in this category. 
  2. Achievements - shows the average number of achievements received for the selected team (month to date). If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the number of achievements received by each team member from lowest to highest. 
  3. News read - shows how many of the news published (month to date) the selected team has read. If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the number of news read by each team member from lowest to highest. 
  4. Person reports - shows the average score for all reports performed on the team members. This is only available if you use Oplift Review. If you tap on the score a pop over will appear with more detail, showing the person report score for each team member.
